The Winter Solarbration
Website:http://www.wsolstice.org
This annual Yuletide event is produced by folk dancing and music groups in Denver who put on an all-ages event
with traditional dances to live music. The Solarbration includes a Mummer's play, Sword Dancers, Morris Dancers,
a dessert potluck, even the Abbots Bromley Sword Dance (one of the most ancient dances of the British Isles, danced
by males holding antlers). With it's roots in Pagan practice from the British Isles, with a Christian overlay,
this event should be frequented by more members of the Pagan community.
